Nursery FS1 Admissions
The Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust is the admission authority for all the schools within the Trust and is responsible for determining the admissions policy. All decisions relating to admission applications will be taken by the school’s Local Governing Body. Please note that we only provide all mornings, all afternoons or full time provision.

If you are applying for a 30 hour placement, you will need to apply for an eligibility code here.

Please complete the Nottinghamshire County Council Parental Declaration Form and return this with our Nursery Admission Application form to the school office.
Additional Costs (if applicable)
Morning session: £14.10 Afternoon session: £14.10 Both sessions: £28.20. If you paid via childcare vouchers/BACS then choose the Pay Later option and we will update your account once payment is received.
