Please be aware that from this Friday 12th February, all messages/emails/texts will come from our new services. If you have not downloaded the Apps then you will not receive any communication or be able to pre book/pay for school lunches or wrap around care provision. Both MyEd and Parenmail Apps require downloading.
Class Dojo will still be used to communication with class teachers.
Please register/download the My Ed and +Pay apps as soon as you are able even if your child qualifies for Free School Meals/Universal Meals or you pay via Childcare Vouchers/HMRC/BACS.
My Ed App
The My Ed app is available for both Apple iOS and Android devices and can be found using the links below:
Once you have installed and opened My Ed, search for Holy Cross Primary Catholic Voluntary Academy and follow the simple instructions to identify yourself.
This is now ‘live’. To access +Pay, within MyEd App, click on ‘My Students’ tab > Payments icon and follow the instructions to successfully connect to your child(ren).
Please be aware that it will take 24hrs for students to be updated so will not appear immediately.
As from 15th February 2021 parents will be required to pre book/pay their child’s school lunch via the +Pay App. Parents will be able to choose online from the latest Aspens Catering Menu (weeks 1, 2 and 3) online and book for the week ahead, however, this will be refunded in the event of absence. Aspens have their own special diets/allergy forms/policy so please complete this and return to school if required. Latest menus are available on our school website. If your child is in receipt of Free School Meals or Universal Meals (Class Rec, 1 and 2) you are still required to book lunches but you will not be charged for these.
Wrap Around Care Provision Payments
As from 15th February 2021 you will be able to pre book and pay for wrap around care via the +Pay App. As with school meals this can be refunded in the event of absence.
When choosing After School Club payments, as there are 2 sessions to choose from, this will require you to pick from the variety of options. Breakfast Club is set up differently as children are allocated to payment groups.
